As I have told before that a group of teenagers with weapons has attacked me and that based on this fact I am going to not come to the lawsuit I was called to claiming that a danger threatens my life and health what allows to not come.

Indeed today I am going to exit from my house and to go to a bank for a required financial operation. So legally I now risk my life. (I do not expect police to protect me even if I would call them.)

However I live not by law but by grace. So could you now pray for me. Not just for my safety but more that God would use this occurrence for my victory of grace in the court.

I have noticed that when I awake, after I do some movement or pronounce a sound there start a very high tone sound. Moreover, when this sound sounds, I hear some voices which try to command me.

I have concluded that I am spied of and the spies use very high tone sound (above 20KHz) modulated with these voices against me. Or probably they use electromagnetic waves which sound inside my brain with these voices. They think that this is a psychotropic weapon and attempt to hypnotize me with it.

They have not taken in account that I hear this sound and I am not going to obey their voice. However indeed the sound is very irritating.

So in response of this barbarian act of mad mans all countries members of UN must forbid all current and past agents of Russian Federal Security Agency (FSA) to enter into their borders (except if strictly required for anti-terror war), until the issue with they psychological acts will be resolved. These mad mans (and these are clearly not in reasonable mind, it is quite obvious that their minds are destroyed with psychological methods from FSA) should not enter to your borders, until their brains will be healed and they correct their actions!

An exception should be made for the President Putin of Russian Federation, because he is a president.

I've published my book Apocalypse: a Comet falling onto the Earth (punishment of greedy) (online text). [Note that individual copies of the brochure may be unavailable just now.]

This book tells the true story of Apocalypse when a comet will fall onto the Earth. It is completely based only on Bible, not on imagination or an other work. It just tells the chapter 8 of Apocalypse understood literally.

All of us know that the film Apocalypse which has told a false story about an asteroid crashing with the Moon and destroying the civilization had extremely great success. My book indeed tells the true story Bible teaches about a comet (with golden nucleus, by the way, see the book for the explanation) falling into an ocean. The true story is far more interesting both because the very fact that it is true and because God is a better scenarist.

After this lawsuit anything is going to change.

The lawsuit over grace is assigned on 27 October, 2005.

I would say, anything will change after 27 Oct., but this is not, because this time I am not going to go to the court. Instead I am going to claim that a danger threatens my life and health (in reality, I instead believe that God would save me), and this is a legal reason to not go to the court. I am going to remain at home until that time.

The thing which I am going to do is to protect my rights, such as the right for safe life. If I would just call the police regarding this threat they would almost certainly not respond, they are so to say to slow to start work. But now when the legal machine is already started they cannot not respond. Now I am to drive it to work.

A Russian Christian registered as a businessman claims that he is not a businessman, because (registered) business now goes against his religious self-conscience.

AFAIK, there were no lawsuit like this centuries long. The main legal argument is grace. Grace in the court!

Russian legal system is put to test. Russian laws are certainly on the side of this man, but will the Russian sue in charge follow the law? Russians sues not only often accept gifts like sues in all other countries, but Russian sues also do a worse sin, they often sue after their own opinion and customs instead of after the law, in these cases Russian sues may even not accept gifts to follow the law (!), so much they are stick to their unwritten and unspoken customs.

If they won't follow the law in this particular case, then Russia would be evident to be not a state with law and human rights having any importance. We have the comparison what is more important for Russians, the law or their customs.

What will happen with religious discrimination issue in Russia next month?

Лицо, зарегистрированное как предприниматель, объявило себя не предпринимателем! Такого еще не было.

Решается вопрос по идеологии и религии. Главным аргументом на суде является благодать, подсудимый утверждает, что он - блаженный. Такого не было на суде уже сотни лет!

Россия проходит тест на на правосудие. Если Россия не пройдет тест, вся юридическая система может пасть. Если суд вынесет незаконное решение против блаженного, Россия не будет считаться правовым государством, никогда.

Но самое интересное: десятки юридических аргументов online! Как ни странно, главная интрига в том, что позиция одной из сторон уже обоснована и законное решение вполне детерминировано; это не суд, это тест на то, соблюдет ли Российское государство свой собственный закон или нет.

Скоро мы узнаем, судят ли русские судьи по закону или по своему собственному мнению и так называемым обычаям делового оборота (то есть, по привычке, которая никак не связана с законом). А судьи кто? Но судьям настало время менять свои привычки и обычаи.

Не пропустите процесс тысячелетия.

Среди русских протестантов (особенно харизматов) есть много теологически абсолютно безграмотых людей (Замечу, что я сам - протестант или харизмат).

Sometimes it is needed to add certain code to an RSS feed. For example, RSSCache may require it for feed validation. I use b2evolution blogging engine. Now I'm intrigued whether it will pass the alphanumeric code which I have typed inside HTML comment to the RSS feeds. For the case if not I repeat this code openly: [RC:4fb77242]. I have placed this code inside <code> HTML tag in the hope that this HTML tag will prevent search engines from treating this code as a misspelled word and reduce my SEO page rank.

Кстати, ты показала мне свои руки, они красивые. И сыпала семена ты красиво. Я не умею также хорошо, как ты, передавать картинки (ты - настоящее телевидение!), у меня обычно получается дергано и смазано; я и, вообще, не умею рисовать.

Я чувствую, что с тобой сейчас все хорошо, ты здорова и в хорошем настроении.
