If you are a policeman, read this, this is very important: I'm not a criminal but a criminal band forms around me.

I had too much worries, stresses, problems, etc. in recent months. A man cannot endure such things. As a result like St. Paul I has (partially) lost control over my actions:
(Rom. 7:24-25) 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will deliver me out of the body of this death? 25 I thank God through Jesus Christ, our Lord! So then with the mind, I myself serve God's law, but with the flesh, the sin's law.

I have become nervous, and have been behaving in such a way that I provoke people to attack me. Yes, my behavior has become unreasonable. As it sometimes have been happening with me when I am too nervous after a hard stress, I have been behaving like a homosexual (not being a homosexual really), doing silly body motions at public places, etc.

That is I have lost control over my manners.

As a result several teenagers started to treat and attack me. Note I've seen brass-knuckles with many needles on a hand of one of the attackers which attacked me today.

Several teenagers have organized into a group specifically intended to accomplish criminal actions (against me). They have formed a criminal band! Anyone knows that a band if it is once organized for a particular criminal action, often continues its existence accomplishing other criminal actions. So, around me has formed a criminal band.

Let the mothers weep! Their children have get up to the criminal way. (If they were somehow criminal before, then now they have become much more criminal.)

Like St. Paul with my flesh serving the law of sin I am dangerous for street teenagers, as I may make them criminal elements, and so completely break their lives. I am not dangerous for (truly) intelligent people, however.

Why I have not called police (in Russia instead called militia)? The answer is very simple, I just know that it is useless. Can you guess why? Consider psychology of a policeman.

Any police is built on one of two principles:

1. on the law, when the police accomplishes the legal actions following the ordinances of the law;
2. on hate, when police-mans hate criminals and so fight with them.

Russian police is certainly in much degree is built on the second principle that is on hate.

Hate is an instinct, it is of the same category as my broken behavior (see above), a behavior founded on instincts not on mind. Because of this these two categories (of my broken behavior and of police's hate) may interact with each other and this breaks the normal course of events when the police acts following the law. As a result, I suppose that our police is unable to act in this situation (paralyzed by instincts).

What must be done is completely clear: I must be isolated from nonverbal contacts with the society (excluding intelligent people which I don't need to be separated of) until my nerves will be healed.

The scientific words isolated from nonverbal contacts with the society means that I must be put into a separate apartment located far away from the mentioned society, that is from my enemies. (I would do it myself, if I would have enough money, but because of hate between me and Russians, I have not happened to earn money, so that I cannot isolate myself to not harm them.)

The state/police must do this for me, because their purpose is to stop criminalization of society.

Note that I have not attempted to receive psychological or psychiatric help because most Russian doctors (as well as most other Russians) hate Protestants, and I'm a Protestant; moreover most of them consider my religion as a brain sickness; so they would not help me. Some of doctors even attempted to use me as a rabbit for their (mocking) experiments, being so much despising me.

And also, let the mothers weep about their children!

I live at apt. 57, house 59/1, city Perm, Russia, Ushakova Street.

Because ignoring such conditions of their brother (if they are really Christians, and I'm really their brother) is not acceptable for Christians, I require to stop any and all contacts with churches of city Perm, Russia, until they will realize that they must do good deal for the neighbor that is for me. Do they realize that their own children may be in contact with me and become criminal elements?

In the case if the problem will be not resolved before 5 Sep 2005, I command all police departments in all the World to stop any contacts with Russian police, until the problem will be resolved. We will teach Russians the lesson that they must follow law not instincts.
