I have noticed that when I awake, after I do some movement or pronounce a sound there start a very high tone sound. Moreover, when this sound sounds, I hear some voices which try to command me.

I have concluded that I am spied of and the spies use very high tone sound (above 20KHz) modulated with these voices against me. Or probably they use electromagnetic waves which sound inside my brain with these voices. They think that this is a psychotropic weapon and attempt to hypnotize me with it.

They have not taken in account that I hear this sound and I am not going to obey their voice. However indeed the sound is very irritating.

So in response of this barbarian act of mad mans all countries members of UN must forbid all current and past agents of Russian Federal Security Agency (FSA) to enter into their borders (except if strictly required for anti-terror war), until the issue with they psychological acts will be resolved. These mad mans (and these are clearly not in reasonable mind, it is quite obvious that their minds are destroyed with psychological methods from FSA) should not enter to your borders, until their brains will be healed and they correct their actions!

An exception should be made for the President Putin of Russian Federation, because he is a president.
