There were a bug in Technorati.com Web site which have been preventing my Technorati tags (in the form of <a rel="tag" href="http://technorati.com/tag/...">) from indexing. So tags in my weblogs were not indexed previously.
I have contacted their tech support. They have responded that now the bug is fixed.
They have also asked me to post a new message with Technorati tags to check that now it works. All right, I post this message (tags are below).
They have also said that I may alternatively modify one of my old posts with tags for Technorati crawler to reindex it.
All right, but why I need to spend time and Internet service payment money to check all my posts with tags and manually modify them in order to be reindexed?! Why I cannot just instruct Technorati Web spider to reindex all my weblog? Technorati, please implement it.
Anyway, I will just modify my weblog template a little. I hope, this will cause Technorati crawler to reindex the entire site. However now I am in doubt whether it is enough only add a comment (like <-- Comment added to modify the page for reindexing -->) or I need to add an actual content to the page template?
For now I will add a comment or a little text note to my blog template and also ask Technorati tech support whether it is enough.
After all I wish to thank Technorati.com for their great service for all bloggers.
