FTP filesystem for Linux - new version v3

Released alpha of FTPFS v3 for Linux - the new generation of FTP filesystem. It allows to mount directories from an FTP server as normal Linux directories and work with files on FTP server as with normal Unix files.

This release (0.1.2) is alpha quality (untested and downloads from FTP very slowly).

[More:]

This release uses LUFS (Linux Userlang Filesystem). But it should be rewritten to use FUSE (Filesystem in Userspace) instead.

The code in my FTPFS v3 is derived from LUFS ftpfs, but uses a C++ library for TCP networking instead of C system calls. This will allow to easily add new options (IPv6, etc.) in the future releases.

This my package is intended to become the base for the official GNU/Linux FTP filesystem.
